The service

MaxLI is independent professional-profile improvement software. It analyzes material you choose to provide and generates a MaxLI score, profile recommendations, visual guidance, and rewritten profile copy. MaxLI does not log into LinkedIn, edit your LinkedIn account, submit job applications, or act as a recruiter or employment agency.

Your content and responsibility

You may upload only content you have the right to use. You remain responsible for reviewing all generated text before publishing it and for ensuring that every factual statement, credential, date, metric, skill, employer, result, and claim is accurate. Do not use MaxLI to fabricate qualifications or impersonate another person.

MaxLI ratings

MaxLI scores are internal ratings produced by the MaxLI methodology. They are not LinkedIn scores, LinkedIn algorithm scores, ATS scores, recruiter ratings, or guarantees of profile views, interviews, hiring, leads, partnerships, or other outcomes. Projected scores assume that recommended actions are completed truthfully.

AI-generated output

AI-generated analysis can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. MaxLI uses technical controls intended to reduce unsupported claims, but you must still verify the output before using it. The AI & Scoring Limitations page forms part of these terms.

Purchases and access codes

A Profile Reset is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. Payment and access-code issuance are handled through Payhip. Each access code is intended for one Profile Reset and may not be reused to unlock a different result. Unlocked reports are normally available through their private result link for up to 30 days; you should print or save the report if you want a longer-lived copy.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, reuse or brute-force license codes, overload the analysis service, automate high-volume requests without written permission, upload malicious files, interfere with the service, or use MaxLI for unlawful activity. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to protect service availability and AI usage.

No professional advice

MaxLI provides profile-writing and presentation assistance. It does not provide legal, financial, immigration, medical, recruiting, or employment-law advice. Decisions about applications, employment, compensation, contracts, and professional claims remain yours.

Availability

We aim to keep MaxLI available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Third-party services, hosting, AI providers, payment processors, and network conditions can affect availability. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaxLI is provided without a guarantee of a particular professional or commercial outcome. Where liability cannot be excluded, MaxLI's aggregate liability relating to a purchased Profile Reset will not exceed the amount paid for that affected Profile Reset, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as MaxLI evolves. Continued use after an update means the then-current terms apply to new use of the service.
