Digital product

MaxLI shows a free evaluation before purchase. A paid Profile Reset is a digital product that is generated and made available immediately after a valid access code is used. Because the detailed report becomes accessible at that point, purchases are generally final once the paid report has been successfully unlocked.

When we will review a refund request

Please contact support within 7 days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, received a valid access code but could not unlock the report because of a MaxLI technical failure, or paid for a report that MaxLI failed to deliver and support cannot restore.

What is not normally refundable

A refund is not normally issued solely because you disagree with a MaxLI score, choose not to implement the recommendations, expected a guaranteed 9 or 10, do not receive a job interview or other professional result, or no longer want the report after it was successfully unlocked.

How to request help

Use the MaxLI support form and include the email used at checkout plus a brief description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Payhip or a payment provider may also apply its own payment-processing rules where relevant.
