What MaxLI processes

When you use MaxLI, we may process the LinkedIn profile PDF you choose to upload, optional profile screenshots or images, the professional goal you select, the analysis generated from that material, payment-access status, and information you voluntarily submit through support.

Upload handling

Your uploaded PDF is used to extract readable profile text and is then deleted from MaxLI's server. Optional screenshots and images are sent for analysis and discarded after analysis. MaxLI does not keep your original PDF or image uploads as stored customer files after the analysis step completes.

Saved analysis results

Unpaid analysis results are normally retained for up to 24 hours. Once a Profile Reset is unlocked, the saved paid report is normally retained for up to 30 days so you can revisit, print, or save it. The report is accessed through a long, randomly generated result link. Treat that link as private because anyone who obtains it may be able to view the saved result during its retention period.

AI processing

MaxLI uses a third-party AI service, currently Google's Gemini API, to analyze supplied profile text and optional visual material and to generate recommendations. Content necessary for the analysis is transmitted to that provider for processing and is subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payments and license/access-code issuance are handled by Payhip. MaxLI does not receive or store your full payment-card details. MaxLI verifies the access code with Payhip and stores a one-way hash of a successfully used code so the report can remain unlocked.

Support messages

If you contact MaxLI through the support form, we process the email address, topic, and message you provide. A server-side copy may be retained for up to 90 days for support, fraud-prevention, dispute, and service-quality purposes, then removed unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an unresolved matter or legal obligation.

Technical, analytics, and security information

Like most websites, the hosting server may create routine security and access logs. MaxLI records limited operational events such as completed analyses, paid unlocks, print/save-PDF actions, checkout clicks, selected professional goals, interface/report language, AI token usage, and estimated API cost so the service can be operated, improved, and protected from abuse. MaxLI uses one-way hashed network identifiers for longer-term operational analytics. For investigating abnormal usage or attacks, the application may also retain the originating IP address for up to 7 days, after which that raw address is removed from MaxLI analytics. Visitor hashes are removed from analytics records after approximately 90 days. These controls are intended to measure service operation and protect the AI usage quota rather than build an advertising profile.

Sharing and sale of data

MaxLI does not sell uploaded profile content or support information. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, provide AI analysis, host the site, or comply with law.

Your choices

Upload only material you are comfortable submitting for analysis and that you have the right to use. Avoid uploading unrelated sensitive documents. Because results are designed to expire automatically, a requested deletion may already have occurred by the time we receive a request. You may still contact support regarding access, deletion, or other privacy questions.

Children

MaxLI is intended for adults using professional-profile services and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or retention practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
